Mural #2 at Staunton Montessori School

I created an outline-only version of the image for tracing.
On a night in early summer, I projected the image onto the school and traced it. This picture shows an earlier design for the plane.
Painting the image proceeded rapidly. I worked from background to foreground. This picture is from day 2, when I painted the sky.
The background, nearly complete. I outlined the plane then filled it in with color.
It's difficult to maintain a clear perspective of the overall mural when this is your view from the ladder.
